We may hold your personal data on our system for three months once you have unsubscribed from receiving marketing for our legitimate business interests, however we will anonymise the data.
We may monitor and record communications with you (such as telephone communications and emails) for the purpose of quality assurance, training, fraud prevention and compliance.
We do not undertake automated decision making.

When you purchase an insurance product from us, the product will be provided by PINNACLE INSURANCE PLC (“Pinnacle”). We will therefore need to share certain personal data including your name, contact details and subscription details with Pinnacle in order for Pinnacle to assess whether you qualify for the relevant insurance product. Pinnacle will also collect personal data in order to provide you with the insurance product, and for those purposes they will be a “data controller” which means they decide what to do with the data you provide to them in accordance with data protection legislation. When you subscribe to our goods, we may at our discretion offer digital veterinary services during the term of your subscription which will be provided by Onlinevet 247 UK Ltd trading as FirstVet (“FirstVet”). We will therefore need to share certain personal data including your name, contact details and subscription details with FirstVet, and FirstVet may also collect personal data in order to provide you with the services. FirstVet will be a “data controller” which means they decide what to do with the data provided to them in accordance with data protection legislation.
