Leigha has been at Itch since 2021, starting off in our Out of Hours department to now being a core member of our all-knowledgable Customer Services team. Shown across the hundreds of reviews that thank her for outstanding help and support, Leigha is always on hand to give qualified and friendly advice to pet parents who need it. Heading up pharmacovigilance, Leigha monitors adverse reactions and treatment safety to help advance and improve our flea control medicines. With 4 years of experience, Leigha knows her pooch from her mutt and can support across many different areas, including trained recommendations for tackling a full blown flea infestation. Outside of Itch, Leigha is the proud muma to Kyoshi, a black and white Maine Coon cross. Whilst she can be a diva sometimes, we love Kyoshi being the star of the show in Itch HQ!
